The HNS 2021 Conference was the best I ever attended. We had General Sessions, Cozy-Chats, Author Spotlights, Special Events, and Conversation Rooms. The latter were terrific: attendees had the opportunity to discuss a given topic for two full hours. The ones I attended had between 12 and 20 participants, and a few hosts divided the participants into sub-groups in ZOOM chats.
 
Who would predict the pandemic opened the way for such a stimulating digital environment? But this is exactly what happened. I saw old friends and made new ones; attendees, if willing, communicated through the Social Wall, sent private messages by clicking each others' profiles, and/or organized ZOOM private chats.
 
Kudos to the HNS Board and its Conference Chair, Jenny Quinlan, for an outstanding, high-quality performance!
