The BookBub Featured Deal lasted for a full week in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. These marketing deals give me pause, and make me think that good writing, good marketing campaigns and sales have little in common. I decided to run BookBub ads with the Featured Deal. My best day was the day before the Featured Deal started (I wanted to test the waters). The reasons for this are totally unclear to me. On February 7, my CTR (click-through rate) was 1.67% (a good rate is between 1 and 2 percent). The CTR is the percentage of impressions (the number of times a reader viewed my ad) that turned into clicks. The clicks show the extent to which the target audience engaged with my BookBub ad. 

Next time, I will have to hire someone to run my ads with the BookBub Featured Deal. But whom?
